Last Sunday, I dared Mother Nature to take the Dodge Challenger SRT<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Demon down, but she gave us a nice window with which to enjoy a few hours of late model muscle.<\/p>\n<p>The Detroit Area Modern Mopars, or DAMM for short, held their first event of 2018 at Stoney Creek Park that morning. I talked to the popular local club\u2019s founder, Anthony Grifka, to get the low down.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-16290 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dodgegarage.com\/news-api\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/img-2-431x327.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"431\" height=\"327\" srcset=\"https:\/\/test.api.dodgegarage.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/img-2-431x327.jpg 431w, https:\/\/test.api.dodgegarage.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/img-2.jpg 515w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 431px) 100vw, 431px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe started the club November 30, 2013,&#8221; said Anthony. &#8220;I grew up in a Chrysler family and always had a passion for their products. Starting the club was a way for me to connect with enthusiasts who shared the same passion that I did.
