Dodge&nbsp;recently announced&nbsp;that it will welcome five new owners into the Brotherhood of Muscle with the&nbsp;\u201cDodge Horsepower Challenge:&nbsp;5 Weeks. 5 Questions. 5 Challengers,\u201d which gives five consumers the chance to win one of five special-edition TorRed Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye models.
