Let us refresh your memory. After a year hiatus, Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge returned in 2021 with a new twist \u2013 the \u201cCelebrity Showdown\u201d. Four automotive influencers were selected for a chance to beat Eric Malone, star of MotorTrend\u2019s series <em>Fastest Cars in the Dirty South<\/em>, on the track. They were tasked with building their own drag racing machines out of a Dodge SRT<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Hellcat and $10,000 cash for modifications. At the end of the year, they had to return the Hellcat \u2013 but were able to keep just about everything besides the shell and wheels. Champlin was one of those competitors and used his 6.2-liter Hellcat V8 to turn a retired police vehicle into what he\u2019s calling a HellJet. The addition of twin-turbos, compliments of a Hellion turbo kit, boosted the engine\u2019s horsepower to a total of 1,300! It\u2019s fighter-jet teeth, green matte exterior and next-level power give the nickname all the credit it needs.
